Collaboration Project
The Future of Work Publication is part 2 of the Dissertation unit of my course where we showcased a combination of 1000 word Opinion Piece essays and developed a publication that visually communicated the issues raised on such essays.
For this project the graduating class were put into allocated groups, with those who were researching and writing on similar topics and/or topics that were interlinked in a broader sense, politically and socially. The requirement was to produce a collaborative publication based on our shared theme/issue. My group consisted of topics such as women in the workplace, gender pay gap, transgender rights in the workplace, representation and discrimination of minority groups, etc.
The aim was to design a publication which has a take on contemporary design styles, reflects and showcases our main themes, takes a personal stance towards the issues and reaches the target audience communicating the issues raised appropriately.
